Like most other websites, during the course of any visit to the Fold London website, we use small files which are stored on your hard drive by our browser (“cookies”) to monitor your use of the website. Google’s Remarketing feature uses Cookies to serve relevant messages based on someone’s past visits to our website. Personal data collected at the time of booking an East of Eden class through Mindbody Online

A certain amount of personal data is collected by Fold London via the Mind Body Online app at the time of booking. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety at yoga. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. All information gathered by Fold London either through the online booking process, via the MindBody app, or at the studio is treated as confidential and is kept securely in the MindBody Online booking system (see their Privacy Policy uk.mindbodyonline.com/privacy-policy), and only viewed by the Fold London staff. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your Mindbody Online account and changing your account and profile settings. Please note that Mindbody is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by Fold London. If you wish to alter any of your data, review how it is used or wish to request its return to you, please contact Zoe Sharp on hello@fold-london.co.uk. You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Fold London, in which case Fold London may not be able to provide certain services to you.

How We Use your Contact Information

When first registering either online, or at the studio, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by East of Eden to inform you of class changes, service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.

You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Fold London, which in some cases may mean that Fold London is not be able to provide certain services to you. An example of this would be class cancellations - if you have opted out of receiving schedule updates, we will not be able to inform you in the rare event that we need to alter a class.

Fold London Mailing List

Direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services we are providing are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy). When attend your first class at Fold London or sign up to the mailing list via our website, through Mindbody, you will receive an email with the option to unsubscribe. Subsequent subscription preferences may be updated by you at any time.

Phone Numbers

We may, from time to time, use your phone number to contact you about urgent class changes or to inform you if a waiting list place has become available. We will only do this if you have booked the class in question, or added yourself to the waiting list, and enabled phone updates in your MindBody app. If you do not wish us to contact you in this way, please inform us in person or by emailing hello@fold-london.co.uk

Emergency Contact Information

Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Fold London need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.

Notifying you of Changes to this Notice

If there is a change to Fold London privacy notices or how we use your data we shall contact you via email notice, or through conspicuous posting of the notice on the East of Eden website. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you may have opted out of certain means of notification as described in this Privacy Notice.
