FOLD Yoga Studios
Our Stoke Newington and Leyton studios are the perfect antidote to busy London life.
Stoke Newington (N16)
Experience the joy of inclusive yoga in our original FOLD studio — serving North London yogis since 2019. Our garden sets the scene for calming summer evenings of flow, and the underfloor heating indoors makes for the cosiest of savasanas.
Leyton (E10)
We recently opened a new space in Leyton. Now all East-London yogis have a welcoming, judgement-free yoga studio on their doorstep.
We built the FOLD Yoga Studios for you. Whoever you are, however you practice, the FOLD Studios are welcoming spaces for you to relax, unwind, and get back in touch with your body.
London is a busy place, but our FOLD Studios are a sanctuary. A calm, judgment-free zone for you to shake off the stresses of the day-to-day and restore your inner serenity.
Our Happy Yogis
Yoga classes
With a huge variety of class styles taught by experienced yoga instructors, there’s something for everyone at FOLD Yoga. And, if you don’t know where to start, our two-week introductory offer gives you plenty of time to find your favourite!
Back to Basics:
Yoga for Beginners
Perfect for complete yoga beginners, or yogis looking for a refresher to refine their practice, the Back To Basics class is strong, slow and grounding.
Usually focused on a particular theme, pose, body part or movement, the class is the ideal introduction to yoga for everyone.
Dynamic Flow: Vinyasa yoga to get your body moving
In our Dynamic Flow classes, you’ll be guided from pose to pose, with challenging or advanced shapes often making guest appearances. You’ll be working up a sweat on the mat and letting your mind decompress at the same time.
Our teachers keep a close eye on the class and its flow evolves alongside the energy of the room. Some teachers offer a more physically challenging class, while others keep it light and flowy: read about our teachers to find out what to expect!
Yin Yoga Class: the antidote to a stressful day
Quiet, floor-based and focused on deep body movements, Yin yoga classes are ideal for destressing, unwinding and getting back in touch with your body. Rather than working your muscles, Yin yoga targets the fascial networks, ligaments and joints for a deeper flow.
Yin yoga bridges physical asana practice and meditation and mindfulness practice, making it a great way to improve flexibility, concentration and sleep. Positivity and relaxation for everyone.
Hatha Yoga Class: Breath, body and mind combined
Combining the best of gentle flow and longer hold, the Hatha class works through a dynamic asana sequence. Drawing from the philosophical and energetic themes of traditional Hatha yoga, this class will rebalance your body and mind, resetting and reconnecting your energy.
Yoga for Pregnancy: relaxed, mindful practice
A calming yoga class for pregnant women - designed to keep mum and baby happy, relaxed and healthy. Flow from standing to seated sequences, enjoy controlled stretches and explore mindfulness practice in our yoga for pregnancy classes.
Suitable from week 12 of pregnancy, this class works around you, regardless of previous yoga experience.
Yoga for Kids: yoga with added fun
A playful introduction to yoga for kids aged 6 to 10, this class has hundreds of benefits. Yoga for children helps to improve left and right brain coordination and balance, promotes fitness, strength and flexibility, reduces stress and anxiety, improves concentration and boosts self-confidence.
Most importantly, our Yoga for Kids classes are fun! Your children will enjoy learning yoga in a nurturing, creative space. It won’t be long before they’re yoga addicts, like us.

Yoga Workshops: a deeper dive into your practice
One-off, two-hour long sessions with in-house or guest yoga teachers, these yoga workshops will focus on a particular pose, an idea or give you even more time and space to completely wind down. Keep an eye on our timetable for these special workshops, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know.
