The ideal way to kick off your yoga practice - or take it back to basics! Join us for a 90 minute extended class designed for those of you who are newer to yoga, or looking to revisit the foundations of your practice.
You’ll be introduced to the basics of yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), and simple relaxation techniques. Delivered at a steady pace with plenty of time for questions and personal attention, you’ll leave with a solid foundation to your practice, and a feeling of confidence exploring any of the other classes on our schedule.
