What to ExpectJoin facilitators Zoe and Jemma in Portugal for an exploration through Pancha Bhuta, or the five elements. With twice daily yoga, sound baths, an inversion workshop, and optional horse riding, surfing, wine tasting and holistic treatments, we’ll explore earth, fire, water, air and aether individually and then draw them together for a fully rounded, grounded and expansive week of movement and meditation.

Elevated on a comfortable wooden platform with a private balcony, pergola and hammock, you’ll sleep in real beds in spacious, stylish yurts. Triple occupancy is £1050, double is £1200 for six nights - including all meals and, of course, all yoga!

The centre plays host to thousands of plants and trees, a regenerative water filtering system, and design guided by permaculture, syntropic farming, and Feng Shui to help keep us as close and attentive to the earth as possible. It’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature - and explore each Bhuta, or element, throughout a week of movement and meditation.
Food and DrinkNourishing Vegetarian Meals
The kitchen is the heart of any home - even our home away from home! We’ll serve three meals a day - plus tea, coffee and water - from Adamae’s indoor/outdoor kitchen (which also serves as a late night hangout spot).
Our (delicious, chef-cooked) meals will be prepared using vegetables from Adamae’s kitchen garden, and aligned with the element we’re exploring that day. And if you fancy a change of scene, there are cafes, restaurants and bars in the beautiful nearby village of Porto Covo - just a 20 minute drive away.
ActivitiesWhen we’re not practising…
To enhance our exploration of the elements, we’re delighted to offer optional extra activities! You’re free to enjoy as many as you’d like - or to spend time reading in your hammock, drinking tea around the kitchen table, or relaxing in your yurt.
Join us horse riding, to connect more deeply to the earth, or surfing (perfect for water day!). We’ll also go wine tasting, visit the lake for fresh water swimming, and you can book massages and other treatments in the healing tent with Adamae’s in-house practitioner. Please not these activities are not included as part of the retreat and will be charged separately.
