Rosie Slay
Rosie started practicing yoga 12 years ago, with a singular goal: to touch her toes. She succeeded and came to the realisation that there’s a whole lot more to yoga than loose hamstrings. By busying her body with making shapes, Rosie allowed her mind to process and achieve new perspectives on life. Rosie went on to train with Frog Lotus Yoga in 2016 and now teaches dynamic vinyasa classes with creative sequencing, long holds and plenty of props to help you to understand the postures in greater detail.
