Natasha Arcoleo
Natasha found yoga through her training as a professional dancer. After completing her Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees in contemporary dance, she needed a daily physical practice she could take anywhere and through yoga, found the perfect exercise for body and mind alike. Informed by her varied movement experience, Natasha loves to create classes that flow and to encourage her students to find joy in moving their bodies; always finding balance between effort and ease.
Natasha is also a massage therapist with over eight years experience in bodywork. Since completing her Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Remedial Therapy at London School of Sports Massage, she has been developing her remedial therapy practice and works with various techniques to facilitate treatments based on the individuals needs, including: injury rehabilitation, deep tissue and holistic massage. She offers massage, soft tissue and myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, muscle energy techniques, and joint assessment and injury rehabilitation at FOLD Wellbeing.
